Return & Exchange Conditions
You may request a return or exchange under the following circumstances: product appearance issues, quality issues, color differences, unusual odors, items not matching the description, or no-reason returns within the specified period. All returned items should be kept in reasonable condition for inspection.
Return & Exchange Process
To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team via email or phone and provide your order number, payment confirmation, reason for return or exchange, and relevant photos or videos. Our support team will promptly review your request and notify you of the outcome. Once approved, we will provide the return address and return label. You are required to send the item back with the return label attached to the designated address and wait for us to receive and inspect the item to verify the reported condition.
Return: Once inspection is approved, the refund process will be arranged immediately.
Exchange: Once inspection is approved, a replacement item will be shipped within 1–3 business days. For more details regarding shipping time, please refer to the Shipping policy.
Refund Process
After the return is confirmed, refunds will be processed within 1 to 5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Fee Rules
If the return or exchange is due to product appearance issues, quality issues, color differences, unusual odors, or items not matching the description, the return shipping cost will be covered by us.
For no-reason returns or exchanges, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
Disclaimer
Returns or exchanges are not applicable for issues caused by improper use, human damage, or failure to properly maintain the product. In cases of delays or losses caused by force majeure, we will provide reasonable assistance but will not be responsible for any additional liabilities.
